Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you full command over your email mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect email messages from one e-mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your electronic mail accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email box accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable emails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply select the mail account you would like to forward email messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
